Peter was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario and is a graduate of St. Paul High School.
He received a First Class Honours Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a law degree from The University of Western Ontario.
In 2009, Peter articled at a prominent local law firm, and stayed on following his articles to practice law as an Associate lawyer and eventually, as Partner.
Peter commenced Nicholson Estate Law in 2017. Nicholson Estate Law is focused on providing clients with a variety of Business and Estate planning, administration and dispute resolution legal services, including small claims court and landlord and tenant board matters.
When Peter is not in the office, he enjoys teaching at Niagara College and volunteering at his local church, and on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer Society Niagara Foundation.
Peter is an avid runner, and enjoys walking with his dog and watching basketball.
